Ceramill® sintron
CoCr dry mill - easy as wax
Powerful innovation is incorporated into the Ceramill Sintron® CoCr sinter metal from Amann Girrbach. This non-precious metal revolutionises the manufacturing process, as the wax-like texture of the Ceramill Sintron® blanks (CoCr blanks) allows them to be effortlessly dry milled on in-house benchtop machines such as the Ceramill Motion. Thelabor-intensive and error-prone casting procedure and therefore time-consuming manual working stages are no longer required.

Ceramill® zolid
Long-term stability, non-veneered and aesthetically ideal for all-zirconia crowns and bridges.
With Ceramill Zolid Amann Girrbach has been successful in imparting an aesthetically impressive translucency to a high-quality zirconia while guaranteeing maximum stability. The translucency, which is produced by sintering at 1450 degrees Celsius, is very close to that of a natural tooth. It can fulfil increased patient demands for a greater depth effect of the restoration. The material stability of Ceramill Zolid makes it suitable for non-veneered, fully anatomical restorations, which are functionally fabricated from one piece in combination with the Ceramill CAD/CAM system.

Ceramill® zi
Pre-sintered Y-TZP zirconia blanks for edge-stable and splinter-free processing
Impressive features of Ceramill Zi are its high strength, rigidity and biocompatibility. The presintered zirconia blanks can be easily processed – they do not splinter and provide optimum edge stability. This makes them ideal for the fabrication of frameworks for fixed and removable restorations such as crowns and bridges in the anterior and posterior region, telescope and conical crowns as well as custom abutments on titanium bases and multi-unit, screw-retained restorations on titanium bases.
Tooth-coloured frameworks are possible on request. Four different levels of brightness value are available for customised staining.
VITA ENAMIC®
Dental hybrid ceramic blanks for Ceramill Motion 2 withenormous strength and excellent elasticity
VITA ENAMIC is the first hybrid dental ceramic in the world with a dual-network structure. In this dental material, the dominant ceramic network is strengthened by a polymer network, with both networks fully integrated with one another. VITA ENAMIC is a dental hybrid material that combines the positive characteristics of a ceramic and a composite.
In addition to a high degree of elasticity, this innovative hybrid ceramic guarantees particularly high strength after adhesive bonding. As a result, this material is perfectly suited for posterior crown restorations and also enables the reduction of wall thicknesses for minimally invasive restorations.
VITA SUPRINITY®
The first zirconium dioxide-reinforced lithium silicate ceramic (ZLS) in a pre-crystallised state
VITA Suprinity features a very fine-grained, homogeneous microstructure, which ensures outstanding material quality and therefore a consistently high load-bearing capacity and long-term reliability. The material also has excellent processing properties, such as easy grindability, polishability and very good edge stability. Integrated translucency, fluorescence and opalescence provide an optimal basis for impressive naturally aesthetic restorations.
VITABLOCS® Mark II
Glass-ceramic blanks for Ceramill Motion 2 with excellent aesthetic properties and finest structure
The very fine structure of the Mark II and the industrial process are the reasons for the good polishability and excellent enamel-like abrasion properties of restorations fabricated using VITABLOCS Mark II. The material and processing technology advantages of feldspar ceramic, which have been proven by scientific studies, correlate with those of 9 million restorations fabricated to date using Mark II fine-structure feldspar ceramic blocks. The high translucency of the blocks guarantees very good shade integration in the residual tooth structure (clinical survival rate of 90% after 10 years).
VITABLOCS® TriLuxe forte
Glass-ceramic blanks for Ceramill Motion 2 with excellent aesthetic properties and finest structure
VITABLOCS TriLuxe forte is a VITABLOCS generation with four levels of shade intensity based on the VITABLOCS Mark II, which have been successfully proven a million times over in clinical use for more than 20 years. The shade transition from enamel to cervical area layer is even finer nuanced in 4 layers: enamel-dentine-intensive dentine-cervical layer, with a greater accentuation of the chroma in the cervical area. The very fine structured feldspar ceramic, which conserves the milling tools, is impressive on the one hand because of the antagonist-friendly abrasion properties that correspond to those of the natural tooth structure and on the other hand due to optimal light conductivity effects and white fluorescence. In combination with thecervical increasing fluorescence this also ensures a natural shade effect, even with thin layer thicknesses.
Ceramill® pmma
Transparent acrylic which burns out without residue
PMMA is a transparent acrylic, which can be processed user-friendly and reproducibly using the Ceramill Motion CNC milling machine. As a Class 1 medical device PMMA is approved for intraoral try-ins and can therefore be used to check the fit and function of the subsequent permanent restoration, for example of bridges with up to 14 units. PMMA is suitable for re-processing using the casting and press techniques and burns out without residue.
Ceramill® temp
Shaded acrylic used for long-term temporary restorations
TEMP acrylic can be used for long-term temporary restorations with up to twelve months in situ in the patient’s mouth. The blanks are available in two heights and three different dentine shades and can be easily processed in the Ceramill Motion CNC-controlled milling machine. Conventional cutters, trimmers and polishing pastes can be used for finishing and polishing. TEMP temporary restorations can be fabricated fully anatomically and can also be veneered with conventional crown and bridge resins. They are suitable for checking the fit and functionality of the actual restoration before it is finished, whereby the tooth-coloured material increases the acceptance of the try-in. Crowns and bridges of up to 14 units can be fabricated using TEMP. Customised, aesthetic gingival forming with implant restorations is also possible.
Ceramill® wax
Milling wax with optimal working properties for accurate final results
Ceramill Wax (grey) milling wax can be processed user-friendly and reproducibly using the Ceramill Motion CNC milling machine. The easy handling of the material during processing is impressive: no smearing and no melting of the wax or clogging of the cutter with wax. This produces accurate final results, which facilitate the casting and press procedures at a later stage. Wax bridges up to 14 units can be fabricated. Ceramill Wax burns out without residue during the preheating process.
Ceramill® splintec
Certified medical plastic for splints
Ceramill Splintec transparent PMMA blanks, used for fabricating therapeutic splints, can be easily and reproducibly processed in the wet mode of the Ceramill Motion 2. The blanks are available in two heights and are suitable for long-term use as a Class 2a medical device. The industrially prefabricated blank material ensures high intraoral comfort and its neutral taste and odor are also impressive features. The high surface quality reduces discoloration and plaque accumulation to a minimum.
